Another Sunny Day in the Books

Another state, another sticker!  Have you ever seen these states and stickers stuck on trailers, and then when you go and sell the trailer, someone else has to look at your stickers?  Good luck getting them off your trailer!  We bought one with those suckers in every corner.  The ones that you dampen then stick on your window?  The one that falls off every time you move your house...the one that falls off in hot weather, the one that blocks looking outside because the states are on your window?  That's the one....

Quiet neighbors make good neighbors!  Yes, that is a cemetery, and you know I love cemeteries.  It was started back in the mid 1800's so I need to take a walk over there and look a little closer.  Photos coming for that little trip!

Road Hog and I went out today to explore the town.  This is Grant County Court House.  The area here is so so BROWN.  There is no green grass, the yards are normally just dirt, or brown dust, and there just isn't any color.  But it still is a unique town, even has an Albertson's to shop in!

Then when we got home, we took Tully out for a walk.  Here is a brown tractor, on some brown grass, here at the camp grounds...

When we were walking around, a brand new Paradigm backed in.  Well hello Dwayne and Terri!  Oops, no, not them but another nice couple who just picked up their new fifth wheel last month.  By the sounds of it, it is just like the Deaver's fifth wheel, 2 bathrooms, island kitchen, and just over 40 feet long.  So far they are pretty happy with it.

We met another lady this morning across the way and she is here permanently.  Listen to this...she lives in a fifth wheel that she had delivered and set up, then bought a small little trailer to hook up to her suv to go boon docking or to go visiting, like to Texas.  That is the life!

This is the laundry facilities, and the baths.  There are also lots of cabins, (bunk houses), to rent if you don't have a tent or trailer.  They also have a cabin set up to exchange books and other things.  Pretty cool.

It didn't even get up to 70 degrees today, and we are supposed to be about 34 degrees tonight.  Not bad.  We sleep better in cooler weather anyway.  Tomorrow calls for window washing on the outside, and some Mexican food for dinner.  It should be pretty good around here.

Has the rain stopped in Pacific and Skagit county?  I sure hope so!
