Caldwell, Texas !!

We started a bit later this morning.  We were on the road just a bit before 9:30 am.  Just look at that morning traffic!

The more east we went, the more hills we went up and over.  There were so many green trees!  And do you know what else?

Green grass!!!  Just look at the green grass!  And why do you think it is green and not brown?  Rain!  We have rain!  And we haven't seen this kind of rain since September!  And it is supposed to rain tomorrow.  Right now it is 72 degrees and kind of humid!

We took Tully out for her 5 pm walk and there is just so many new smells.  The best of smells go to this group:

Can you see what is over in the next field?  Woohoo!  Cows!  Yep, they win the smell award!

This is a beautiful camp.  Big, but far enough apart, with cement pads, and grass everywhere!

Which of course, Tully loved!  Even though it had stopped raining for our walk, she was drenched from the wet grass.

We are here until Friday, and we are taking off to Camp Jason in Coldspring Texas.  It is near Livingston!
