Heading Into the Snow! Ewww!

 

We woke up this morning and got our internet working.  We had to call winegard but it was a quick fix and we are back in business!

Before leaving Mountain Home Idaho, Tully visited the dog park.  There were so many places to pee!

We also took a trip to the snake river.

I didn't realize just how big this river is.  

There were some good smells near the water.

Here is what we woke up to this morning.  Snow over on those hills, and it is 36 degrees.  I think Fall is over!

We got everything put away, and got the trailer hooked up to the truck.  We are on our way to Village of the Trees in Declo, Idaho.

Look at that sky and the sun.  Are those snow clouds?

Here we are, going by the snake river.

Well, here it is.  The snow!  There was a small snow flurry right over us, and it followed us all the way to Declo.

It was showing 35 degrees outside.  Isn't this October?  No worries though, the truck was keeping all of us warm and toasty.  And once we got set up, our home was warm and toasty.  I turned on the heat pump, and just for good measure I also turned on the fireplace.

We have heated tanks, a heated basement, and a heated water hose....we're pretty much taken care of.

The Village of the Trees is located by the Snake River.  We will be here a week so hopefully we will have lots of time to explore...hopefully this snow will slow down and quit!
