I’m Back!

I’m back!! We’ve been so busy! Aug 22 is coming up quick so we have been trying to get everything done before then.  Doctor appointments, updated medications, you name it, we’ve done it!  And we have been having lots of fun!

 

Gene and Aune had us out for a great dinner, Tully included.  They have acreage in Raymond so Tully got to run without a leash.  We all love it out there away from the crowds and traffic.

And then there is Ethel Louise sitting in her box.  We have some exciting cats let me tell you. 

We were able to visit the restaurant here at the golf course and rv park. The hosts of the park, Tommy and Trish, also came.  They have become good friends of ours. They keep the rv park looking nice, and we have a great time when we get together. 

Tommy had a birthday and invited some friends over for a little get together.  Everyone wants the shade. 😂.  It has been too hot here!

We had company today.  Road Hog’s brothers and sister in law came down from the Seattle area to visit. Here are his older brothers Gary and Eric. Road Hog was the baby of the family.  It  has been a couple of years since Road Hog has seen Eric, so we all sat and chatted and barbecued chicken for lunch.

Pat, Eric’s wife, also came.  She brought some darn good lemon bars for dessert.  It was so nice catching up with everyone!

We have been working very hard on our itinerary and what we have found is that there is not one camp ground in the whole state of Michigan that we can get into.  They are all completely full! What is happening in Michigan in October? Come on man!! 😂. So it is looking like spring time that we can visit the Deavers. Dwayne and Terri….we will be there. It would be awesome if we saw some of your kids! And grands!

Oct 6 - Statesville KOA, Statesville, NC

Oct 8 - Jones Station, Mebane, NC (To spend time with Angela, Ly and Murphy!!! Woohoo!!
